The house is three years old. It has wide decks which take in the fantastic views.

oven, dishwasher. Glass sliding doors on north and west walls open directly on to
insulated covered verandahs.

Entry to the house is on a shared path. A high timber fence on the east separates the
small studio and a spa. A deck links this to the small cottage which is rented by a quiet
couple.
The house has been rented by a healer/writer for the last two years. She will be working
overseas quite a lot next year and that’s why she is leaving. It’s important that the privacy
of the tenants in the cottage and the house is respected.
There are fruit and nut trees and you are welcome to share the produce – mulberries,
macadamias, paw paw, oranges, lemons and limes, mangoes. A vegetable garden was
fenced off but not much enthusiasm followed.
We will mow the grounds, but would expect you to keep the area around the house
maintained.
There are 10 acres in total. Part has been fenced off for re-gen and the 5 cattle will be
sold at the end of the year and the paddock left.
The house in is Limpinwood, between Chillingham and Tyalgum – and both villages have
active and sociable communities. Murwillumbah is 25 minutes away, Gold Coast airport is
45 minutes and Byron about an hour away.
