Absolute beachfront property in the best street in New Brighton. Walk from the back door directly on to the dunes of the pristine beach. The house has a special feel about it, with wooden floors, and stained glass windows. The wrap around, covered verandah is perfect for sitting back and enjoying the sounds of the waves and many birds. ‘Kareelah’ has 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. The living area upstairs has a large plasma TV, DVD player, CD player, AUSTAR, and a massage chair. The Rumpus room downstairs (air-conditioned) has a TV, DVD player, XBOX and many board games and books. (DVD’s and XBOX games are available for use by guests). On the verandah, there is a BBQ and outdoor setting, as well as a swinging seat. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher and microwave oven. Linen also available on request cost $20.00per person
