This two story house was constructed by a local surfer/builder in the 80s and is being lovingly transformed into an ideal Northern NSW escape! So expect a mix of modern (wifi, brand new bathroom, new beds, furniture, new appliances) with some quaint ol’ country charm (fire place, exposed beams, front porch, swaying trees etc).
Situated on the edge of the Yuraygir National Park and 60 second walk from stunning Lake Wooloweyah (the sunset stroll is a must!) Only three mins drive to Angourie Point.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs, all different and unique in their size and positioning.
The main bedroom has a wifi-enabled TV in the built-in wardrobe, so you can kick back in bed and watch Netflix. There is another big screen tele in the upstairs mezzanine area.
You can access the backyard, which is enclosed and suitable zone for furry friend or pet.
As mentioned, we’ve undertaken some big reno’s recently so there is still some stuff stored inside the garage, but it’s out of the way and out of sight unless you choose to use the washing in the laundry.
One downstairs room is also closed, inaccessible, and being used as a store room.
But otherwise, the house is clean, spacious and ready for you to make yourself comfortable!
