The location alone makes for a fantastic holiday home, it is only a short walk to the popular Shoal Bay Beach, Shoal Bay Resort and Spa and the many cafe’s that Shoal Bay has to offer.

After an enjoyable day at the beach relax on the large verandah for that afternoon wine and nibblies. You can then enjoy a hassle free dinner on the gas BBQ prior to retiring into the comfortable air conditioned lounge area.

There is a rumpus room downstairs for the children with three single beds which also has a television to keep them entertained. The three double bedrooms are upstairs off the main living areas.

There is enough room outside for the children to have a run and also for the boat!
