The house is situated right in the centre of Broulee with only a very short walk to the beach and shops! This includes walking to Candalagan creek, North Broulee Beach, Broulee Island, sporting oval/park and South Broulee Beach.
There is an outdoor hot shower .Big open North facing deck with BBQ and add some home picked salad from the veggie patch right off the deck.
There is a sound system with ipod connectivity and speakers both in & outside. You can watch your favourite movie on the latest 55inch led/3D smart TV as well as exploring the large supply of games, DVD’s, books. There is a sEcond TV/DVD in the main bedroom.
The kitchen includes a big fridge and freezer, 6 burner gas stove with massive oven, microwave and dishwasher. Remember… it is all new!
There is a lovely built in office with lots of room for notebooks and power points for charging your essentials. Lockable single garage
The laundry is equipped with new front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, iron/ironing board and outside clothes line. Please note that this is an eco friendly beach house with the use of natural cleaning products only (supplied for your convenience!).
The bathroom is stunning at night with calming blue mood lighting.
