TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
50% payment is required to confirm booking ( payment accepted via cash, cheque or EFT)
For christmas / January holiday bookings, full payment of balance monies must be paid by November 14.
All bookings made after November 14 for this period must be paid in full to confirm booking.
For all other set holiday periods such as Easter and School holidays, full payment of booking is required 14 days prior to commencement date.
Credit card details must be supplied when signing agreement.
All damages and breakages must be paid for.
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors are not to be left at the premises alone.
All persons must be vacated from premises by 10 am. Daily pro-rata charge will apply to late departures.
Check in 2 pm.
Check out 10 am.
CANCELLATIONS:
$50 cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
$50 cancellation fee applies to Christmas / January and set holiday periods. Deposit monies will be held until accommodation is rebooked otherwise monies will be forfited.
