This is a beautiful home filled with style and character. Sink into the comfy lounge or laze the day away on the verandah overlooking beautiful Merimbula Lake. Barbecue on the private paved courtyard and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding bush. With French doors from the large dining area flowing onto the courtyard, the inside becomes one with the great outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large gas cooktop for the chef in the family, adjoins the dining area, making it a great social gathering location. There are three upstairs bedrooms, 1 queen room, 1 double room and a bunk room all serviced by the main bathroom. Downstairs, there is a sleepout with shower, toilet and basin, suitable for older teenage children who do not require supervision. The main house is not accessible from this room. It is just a short walk or drive to Bar Beach or the town so location is a big plus making CATHMEGAN the perfect holiday location. Please note sheets, pillow slips and towels are required. Parking for 2 cars. Pets not permitted.
