On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $500, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness, if all is ok your credit card details are destroyed or the security bond is released. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. If the property is re-let for the total period booked by you, the cancellation fee only will be charged and the balance refunded.
