Be close to family & friends but still have your own private getaway, it ‘s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, you may get an occasional visitor though, as the bird and wild life in Berrara are not shy.

Please note that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm. STRICTLY NO PARKING ON GRASSED AREAS, and PLEASE PLACE ALL GARBAGE IN LOCKED SKIP BINS AT ENTRANCE TO CHALETS & RELOCK.

On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $500, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness.
