The cottage sleeps 5 – 6 people and is fully equipped for a self catered enjoyable stay. It’s the perfect place for a getaway for two …or as a wonderful family stay.

The air-conditioned, open plan living, dining and fully equipped modern kitchen with polished wooden floors throughout opens onto a large wrap around balcony which has a gas barbeque. There is a stereo, television and video. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

It also has an additional living room (the cozy room) with wood fire and additional television and video.

Relax and enjoy the distant views, a dip in the in-ground swimming pool* or a stroll around the glorious gardens which include a fabulous playground for the children (including trampoline, swings, cubby house and slide).

The property is appointed with CD’s, videos, DVD’s and a host of books, magazines and children’s games.

All this and only a hop skip and jump from the delightful cafes and quaint shops of Berry.
