Peak: $3800 – $3900 per week
Mid: $2600 per week or $600 per night weekend or $380 per night mid week
Low: $1900 per week or $550 per night weekend or $340 per night mid week

December/January. School holiday bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in 7 night blocks.
