This cottage is in a heritage listed street only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Milton village where you can enjoy a coffee or meal at one of the many eateries or browse through antique and boutique shops, home and giftware, beauty salons, art galleries and gourmet delis. It is also only 5 minutes drive to the beach.
Lavender Cottage consists of 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite off the main bedroom. There is a wide covered verandah at the front and a sun soaked deck with a BBQ at the side of the cottage which has outdoor furniture opening onto a large, fenced in backyard. Well equipped large kitchen which includes a dishwasher, large living area with plasma TV and Austar plus a DVD player with a large library of DVDs. Separate laundry which includes a washing machine. Gas and wood fire heating.

Mlton is 3 hours drive south of Sydney and 2 1/2 hours drive from Canberra.

Local attractions include bushwalking, bike riding trails, catching a wave or walking on the beach, tasting at the local vineyards or a dinner at the famous Rick Steins, Bannisters Restaurant. There is also golfing at Mollymook Hillside and Beach courses or you can visit the Milton Markets on the 1st Saturday of each month.
