The unit is located at the rear of a small complex. Start your holiday with a relaxing drink on the balcony overlooking the bush reserve. When you’re ready, take the 60 second walk across the street and you are on Mollymook beach.

Sleeping Arrangements

The two bedrooms are configured with a queen and two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room if you need a little more sleeping space.

What don’t you need to bring

Surfrider supplies bed linen (100% cotton), bath towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats, blankets, doonas, brand new pillows and complimentary toiletries. All beds are made for you on arrival.

The lounge room has a TV and a selection of DVDs, ready for adults and children alike.

Not sure what you’d like to cook for dinner? Ulladulla town centre is a 5 minute drive. Here you will find all the comforts of home, including Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi.

Alternatively, the local shops are 700m away and include supermarket, bakery, gourmet deli, butcher, fish and chip shop, bottle shop, newsagency, chemist, and video shop.

Where is it
Mollymook is just 3 hrs south of Sydney and 2 hrs from Canberra. Mollymook is a beautiful beach side area located between Ulladulla and historical Milton.

The property is located towards the southern end of Mollymook Beach on Mitchell Parade. At each end, the beach is sheltered and suitable for young children. The southern end of the beach is patrolled all year round and there is a beautiful area with rock pools at low tide. The northern is patrolled during the Christmas holiday period. Narrawallee beach is a short car ride away for an equally beautiful beach with a sheltered inlet. Narrawallee beach is patrolled during the Xmas Holidays.

What to do there

The local attractions are many and include:
* Snorkel along the rock pools at the end of Mollymook Beach
* Cycle along the trails at Lake Narrawallee, before jumping in for a swim
* Go golfing at either the Hilltop Chapionship course or Beachside course
* Walk or drive in the many National Parks
* Hike in the many National Parks, including Pigeon House Mountain
* Try your luck with Deep Sea Fishing Charters
* Lake fishing or Water skiing at Burrill or Conjola lakes.
* Amble around the Art & craft shops located 5 minutes drive at the quaint Township of Milton
There many great restaurants in the area. Just to mention a few:

* The Beach Hut caf to offer amazing beach views of Mollymook Beach
