Take a break in a lovely weatherboard beach house at Mollymook Beach with large covered entertaining BBQ deck in a leafy garden setting. Sleeps 6 to 8 people in four bedrooms (two queen beds, one double bed and a double sofa bed).

The house has been recently renovated and is spacious, light filled and full of character. The kitchen and dining area opens on to a large covered deck, where you will want to spend time relaxing or having a barbecue – or sunbathe outside in the French style courtyard. The cosy lounge with TV/DVD is nicely secluded from the everyday living space, providing a peaceful retreat. The main bedroom is very private and has a large ensuite and spacious shower. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is also an outside shower.

The house is conveniently located across the road from Mollymook Beach shops and a few minutes’ walk to Mollymook Beach. Narrawallee Beach is in walking distance and there are many other beaches nearby. Rick Stein’s Bannisters Restaurant is just a 10 minutes’ walk away. There is also a good selection of other restaurants in the vicinity. The pretty village of Milton is a five minute drive and there are many opportunities for bushwalking/hiking – Pigeon House Mountain is only 30 kilometres away. In nearby Ulladulla there is a wide choice of supermarkets and shops, a bowling alley, swimming pools, tennis courts and fitness centres. Mollymook has two great golf courses and a bowling club. Other attractions include surfing, fishing, boating, deep sea diving, kayaking and whale and dolphin watching. Mollymook is 2 hours 30 minutes from Canberra and 3 hours from Sydney.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. You only need to bring bath and beach towels.”
