Two doors up is a path and steps that leads you 150 m down to Mitchell Parade and you are on the sands of Mollymook Beach which is patrolled during the season at both the north and south ends. You can also access the beach without using the steps by heading straight down the road to Mitchell Parade

Only 3 hours from Sydney and an easy 2 1/2 hours from Canberra makes Mollymook an ideal location for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday.

About our house:

Mid Beach Magic is a beautifully simple and rustic beach house with original polished floor boards throughout the main house

The house accommodates a maximum of eight adults with an additional child’s fold up bed available if required

There are two queen bedrooms, both with built-ins.

The third bedroom has a tri-bunk and single bed.*

( *Please note the third bedroom has external access only and is not suitable for young children)

The kitchen has been newly renovated and includes a gourmet gas cook top and large oven.

There is a renovated main bathroom with a separate toilet,as well as a second bathroom with a vanity and toilet and tucked away laundry. Enjoy the invigorating private outdoor shower located under the front veranda. This shower is heated, and gives a picturesque view of the beach while ensuring your privacy

Linen is provided and beds are made up ready for you so that you can just relax and get in the holiday mood. You will just need to bring your own towels.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
