Modern, quality furnishings have been used throughout, that will make your family holiday or romantic escape in this home a truly special experience. Downstairs, a glass enclosed sitting room takes in the sunshine and panoramic surrounds as does the open plan dining and lounge area. There is air conditioning or a cosy gas log fireplace to warm those chilly nights. The well equiped kitchen makes holiday cooking a breeze. Upstairs, the master bedroom has air conditioning and ensuite with a spa bath. The second bedroom has its own balcony with amazing views! The third bedroom has two sets of bunks, just right for the kids. There is also a third toilet in the downstairs laundry for added convenience!
Whilst staying at this fabulous home, you have the shared use of the swimming pool, tennis court, cabana area, boat ramp & jettys. This will be a holiday you won’t want to end!

* Please note that ‘The Moorings’ is a Private Estate and NOT a holiday resort. There are permanent residents with their private areas, which should be respected. Whilst staying at The Moorings, there are by-laws & rules to be observed, and should you proceed with a booking, a copy of these will be included with your booking confirmation letter.

On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $500, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness. If all is ok your credit card details are destroyed or the security bond is released. Please read Booking Conditions for information on Cancellations.
