The large undercover back deck is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining, after you have cooked up a storm on the new gas b.b.q, which is also undercover in the back garden.
Take the short 400metre walk to the shores of Swan Lake where you’ll find picnic tables and a safe waveless swimming spot for young families and on the way, stop and play on the play equipment just down the road.
The house is only a five minute drive to the beaches at Berrara, or shops in the Sussex Inlet township, where you’ll find butchers, bakeries, grocers’ and restaurants, clubs & pub.

Sleeps 6 MAXIMUM; 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed (sleep out) and 2 single beds. OUTSIDE SMOKING ONLY!
On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $500, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness. If all is ok your credit card details are destroyed or the security bond is released. Please read Booking Conditions for information on Cancellations.
