Fees will be charged for collection of keys outside of office hours.
13. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in termination of tenancy.
14. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of tenancy.
15. The cost of a standard clean is included in the tariff charged.
16. The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition including BBQ, cutlery, crockery and glassware washed and stored. Any necessary additional cleaning fees will be deducted from your security deposit.
17. Garbage and/or recycling bins are to be put out for collection on the nights specified (and brought in if applicable). Excess garbage is to be taken to Ulladulla tip. If excess garbage has to be removed a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
18. We endeavour to have the gas bottles full but if the gas does run out please take your key tag to B&J Mechanical Services (near Tyrepower) Ulladulla (or the Bendalong Store for Manyana/Lake Conjola properties) and charge to LJHooker account.
19. We hope you catch plenty of fish, but please clean them at the boat ramps and not on the premises.
20. We are open 9-5 Monday-Friday (all year round). Saturday-seasonal. Peak periods 9-3.

22. Pets are not permitted on the premises unless the property is designated ‘Pet Friendly’. Pets are not permitted inside the dwelling. Any pest control required as a result of a pet on the premises will be charged to the guest. Be considerate and clean up after your pets.
