The comfortable lounge area has a two seater sofa and one three seater sofa, polished timber floors and HD TV. A reading area and a supply of reading material is also on hand.

The dining area has a large timber dining table and seating for 6.

The three good sized bedrooms, are configured as follows:

Main: Queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite.
2nd: Double with built in robe.
3rd: Single with built in robe.

In addition to the ensuite the main bathroom provides a small bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.

Outdoor furniture is provided on the front balcony and also in the rear courtyard area with a BBQ is available for your use.
