Hi Nice sized room to let in 2 bed apartment. Available Now- current flatmate got promotion and moved to Sydney. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a queen bed built in wardrobe. The rest of the flat is large – we have a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area. Nice kitchen. The apartment is a 2minute walk to North Beach and about 10 min walk to Central Wollongong. Close to pubs and shops were also a short walk to Train station! You would be sharing with 30 Year old male. Very friendly and easygoing I like a drink and a laugh and active social life like to get deposit will be required but that can be discussed further.
