There are four bedrooms including; two queen rooms (one with a TV), a double room and a king single room. It is ideal for families or groups sleeping seven comfortably, or it is cosy enough to accommodate a single professional with the extra space perfect for family visits.

The home has been furnished comfortably including a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hot plates and dishwasher. There is a newly renovated bathroom and an additional toilet and washing machine in the laundry. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living space and heaters in all bedrooms.

The living space works well with a lounge room with plasma TV and entertainment system flowing out from the kitchen. The extensive backyard offers great entertaining potential and has an additional storage shed. There is off road parking for upto 3 cars. The cottage is very tidy with zero maintenance making it easy for you to come and go.

Property is cleaned on weekly basis and included lawn maintenance. Power and water is included at a capped rate.
