This beautiful historic house and cottage, located in the picturesque village of Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains is within walking distance to all the local enchanting walking tracks and the well known Conservation Hut Caf . Just a short drive away is the village shops and well known eateries. They can be let as one or two individual cottages.

For your first morning we are delighted to provide you with a complimentary breakfast hamper to enjoy, courtesy of Ellen, before you set out to discover and enjoy all the local attractions.

The main house, Brasford House, is situated down a leafy southside laneway and offer four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with spa), spacious lounge room with combustion wood fire which is just perfect for curling up with a book on a chilly winter’s night. In addition to all this, enjoy the formal and informal dining areas, the library, eat in kitchen, laundry and covered outdoor area for barbequeing or simply relaxing.

The main upstairs bathroom is delightful with a claw foot bath, separate shower, heating and vintage style vanity. A separate toilet is located next to the bathroom.
The ensuite bathroom contains a shower, toilet and hand basin and finally the down stairs bathroom features a luxurious spa bath, separate shower and vanity. Once again a separate toilet is provided.

In addition to Brasford House, Brasford Cottage is available for rent and can be included to accommodate additional guests or be let completely seperately. The cottage provides the same quality as Brasford House but on a smaller scale and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Whether you stay in one or both cottages, you will enjoy a unique standard of comfort and luxury, including top quality bed linen, electric blankets on all beds, central heating, picturesque gardens and all the niceties you would expect from a mountains retreat. There is even on site parking for up to three cars.
