The living room has a dining table, TV, DVD player and two couches. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an equipped internal laundry and a modern bathroom. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and blinds. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a north facing balcony. The second bedroom has a study area as well as a single bed. There is enclosed storage space above the stairs.

It is within 600m of the station, shops and park, within 1km of Roselands and other shopping centres and 2km of the M5 Motorway.

The following are standard rates for two people:
$360 for 3 nights including Saturday
$330 for 3 weeknights (Mon-Thu)
$470 for 5 nights inc Saturday
$570 for the first week
$350pw for second and subsequent weeks.

To make a booking, half of the rent is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival a $300 bond is due with the balance. The check out time is 12pm.
