I am looking for fun, kind, person come and live with me in my very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment , located in the heart of funky Alexandria. Available, is a generous sized room with a double bed (and a tv available should you need it). The room has double door, built in wardrobes and your own private bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, basin etc which is down the hall. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer and the kitchen has smeg appliances with gas stove and dishwasher. The balcony is large enough to hold 6-8 people comfortably and the living room is decked out with a large home entertainment 3D theatre system. It a really cool pad to live in and while it is well maintained, all it needs now is an awesome room mate to share it with.

I run my own modelling business and so i am usually out and about being a social butterfly. Although when am home, I like to unwind and chill and am looking for someone of the same nature (as this isn’t a frat party house….lol)

The apartment complex also comes with 2 swimming pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), a large fully equipped gym (with personal trainers and yoga classes), 2 tennis courts and a basketball court. There is 24 hour concierge and security facility and 3 bus stops less than a minutes walk from the building. The closest train station is St. Peters which is a 5 minute walk away. The famous Kings Street in Newtown is a 5 minute walk away which is home to some of the best eateries in Sydney. There is a park across the road where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney and resurface your nature side.

I am looking for a person or people who wish to enjoy life’s little treats when they come home from a long day (or night out). A warm home where you can relax, have a few friends over for dinner or curl up on the couch with a good movie/tv show. I am not a neat freak, but i am proud of my home and only ask that you respect it in the same manner. I have also started cooking Jamie Oliver dishes and get a kick out of cooking for others (so you’re in for a treat!)
