This is a Flatshare Offer. You will be sharing the flat with 4 other people. The room available is the one where two guys (Italy + Phillipines) sleep in. The two girls (Italy+Sweden) sleep in the other room. There is no gender preference but if you are a girl and dont want to sleep in a room with two guys this is not for you The people are aged 20-27 around that age would be the next flatmate too or older but not any younger. The Minimum Rental Time is 3 Months !!!- if you are staying shorter than that please dont call me. You will NOT get the room unfortunatley Now the Appartment: Kitchen (4 Gas Stoves BIG Fridge big sink to wash dishes plenty of room for cooking and storing things). Living Room: two sofas faltscreen tv sound system table with chairs. Bathroom is equipped with bathtub and warm water (of course). The FREE Bed in Bedroom is the single opposite of the double bed where the guys sleep in. BIG mirrored wardrobe! Plenty of room! EXTRA: the place has washing machine included and is FREE to use and is always available because only one other flat uses it. REALLY fast ADSL Internet. With 5 people in it it is still running FAST. ALL BILLS INCLUDED (water electricity etc.). This flat is cosy and a real bargain. If you want to move in faster we have to meet BEFORE January 14th to get the DEAL done with the Landlord.
