I have one room for rent and available from mid September, my wonderful house mate is moving back home and well I don’t want to give up such a great apartment that’s only moments away from the beach and a multitude of cafe’s, restauarants, pubs and bars!

The room can fit a double/queen bed it is quite spacious – there is shelved cupboards and a double clothing cupboard – also a fixture on the wall if you wanted to put your own TV up and bed to face the TV! The apartment is fully furnished so all you need to bring is what you want in your room. The living area is quite spacious – great for entertaining.

I am a 24 year old female professional, down to earth, social and tidy. I am looking for someone alike, also female.

A bond will be required along with first weeks rent (which equals the amount of 1 month rent)
