I have a double bright double room available for 3-6 months in a newly decorated art deco flat moments from Bondi Beach. Great location near shops cafes etc and literally 5 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment (but not the room) is fully furnished with a 42 Plasma TV washer dryer microwave fridge etc.Im looking for a professional flatmate to share with non smoker preferably. Rent includes bills and wifi internet. The apartment is foxtel ready too but im hardly in so havent bothered to get it.
