A dining table and chairs to seat 4 mean that you can dine in if you need a change from dining out in the many excellent restaurants on your door step.

A galley kitchen with a granite work top has ample cupboards and storage space, The gas cook top has 2 burners and there is a microwave and an oven. Cookware and crockery for the table is provided.

Both of the bedrooms are spacious, there is a queen sized bed in each and a wardrobe with hanging space and a chest of drawers for your clothes. Bedside tables and lamps for your late night reading. (Plenty of books there to choose from).

There is a washing machine and drier.
Being so close to the beach it is ideal for surfers, swimmers and great for kids to play in the sand.

A new white modern bathroom with a large shower makes it easy and fun to wash off the sand.

Also on the beach front you will find a skate board park; great entertainment showing terrific skills from skate boarders and cyclists. It’s skate board heaven for those performing and breathtaking for the watching audience.

Keys are to be picked up on the day of arrival at the stipulated time from a central address
Bond & Departure Clean – A bond is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection. There is a charge for a professional departure clean
