This stunning 2 level beachhouse, has recently been renovated and updated. What was a 1900′s workers cottage has been lovingly restored and rebuilt. It now offers a family group (of up to 10 people) the perfect house to relax in while enjoying the best of what sydneys eastern suburbs coastal region has to offer!
The house itself is architecturely designed to maximise airflow, and light, with emphasis on areas to relax in (front deck, back deck, media/tv room, internal courtyard).
The pool is heated, and also has swimming jets (kids love them, or do some training!)
Designed as a relaxing comfortable beachouse, but with all the modern comforts, including giant LED tv, surround sound, wifi.
The bedrooms are beautiful, all with lovely views to the water, or leafy aspect to the front. Complete with ceiling fans and built ins.

1 king master with ensuite
2 king singles
2 x double bedrooms
double sofabed in office
media/tv room (couch in here)

There’s a family bathroom up stairs with bath, and another downstairs on main level (including an internal laundry).
Outside on the back deck, relax on the comfy chairs and sunloungers, or swim in the heated pool (complete with swim jets if you are feeling energetic!)
A lovely grassed area and landscaped garden gives the house a truly tropical beach feel
