Lounge/kitchen recently refurbished in white and dark wood floors. The unit is within easy walking distance to beach Clovelly Randwick and Bondi Jctn and near bus stops to city and Junction.I am 38 English and work in the local community full time and at home on weekends. Im ideally looking for a professional who is clean tidy self contained yet sociable and easy going. Im happy to cook and share meals and a glass of wine and a chat but I do like my own space someone similar would be good!
