AVAILABLE 21 JUNE – My friendly flatmate has been offered a job in Rio she just cannot turn down!and therefore I unfortunately am looking for someone to take over her spacious double room. Parking is on street.

Accommodation would suit a professional or serious student,l mature person, mature in personality – age is totally open. We are not party animals and neither are the other residents in the block. Unit is older-style so large and the lounge room is virtually your own to use. By the way, rent is $260 per week inclusive of electricity.

I do have a cleaner who cleans the common areas so you don’t have any cleaning except for your own room and we do have a kitty where we split the cleaning products 3 ways. You do of course finance your own food and grog!
