Myself and my fiancee (both Irish) want to rent out our spare room in our 2 bed apartment. We are in the heart Coogee, all shops and restaurants are on our doorstep. Our apartment block is very modern, clean, alot better standard than others around. The room is fully furnished – double bed, large sliding wardrobe, bed side lockers, tv/dvd. We live in a spotless large apartment, all our furniture is new and the apartment is always kept immaculately clean.

Our apartment is fully equipped, wahing machine dryer etc. We also have a swimming pool, gym and sauna. There is also an underground carpark so it is very secure and safe.

We enjoy going out but we do not have parties in our apartment, we want someone who will respect that. We like to keep the apt very clean so we would like someone who can do the same.

We are asking $400/week and that includes all bills (gas, electricity, internet) we would also need 2 weeks bond. The room is available from mid August – early December. We would also consider short term rentals.
