We have a fantastic townhouse in Coogee which is larger than a lot of houses. Its bright sunny clean duel aspect with nice neighbours. The house is fully furnished except the room for rent although the room has full wall to wall BIRs and can provide a single bed if required. There are 3 levels with 2 x automatic LUGs (one comes with the room for rent) laundry and spare loo on the ground floor up the internal stairs is the dining room kitchen separate lounge with massive balcony off the front with ocean views. Out the back is an even larger paved courtyard with tables chairs BBQ badminton net etc. Upstairs again are 3 bedrooms another balcony main bathroom and ensuite off one bedroom. The room for rent is the largest and share bathroom with only 1 other. We are 2 prof fems 34 (IT Aussie) and 37 (Accounting Germany) looking for a mature open person who is happy to join us for a glass of wine beer after work basically someone who is fairly social happy and easy to get along with.
