The bedroom has a single bed, hanging space, bedsize tables, tv and shelving. If you have your own bed, that if fine. The rest of the unit is of medium size – I have a comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, large laundry area downstairs and storage within the garage area. The unit has foxtel and wireless broadband. The unit is a 10 minute walk to the beach and transport. You would be sharing with one female (myself). I work as an executive assistant in the airline industry home in the evenings during the week and away most weekends. The unit is available for a 3 month short term let as well as someone looking for somewhere a bit longer.
