I prefer oversease students , professionals and internships but sensible people who travel or on working visas are also well considered.

The House has just been renovated. It has a fully equipped kitchen kitchen and a free washing machine .

PRICES:

Eg for a single room 9sq.m the price is $240 per week
for larger double or triple rooms the price is 140-170 per person per week
depending again on the size of the room
The rent includes all bills.
Wireless internet is also available for free.

To move in you would require:
3 weeks bond
$30 bond for the key and
your first week rent in advance.

Behaviours such as using drugs, smoking or getting drunk are stricktly prohibited not just inside the house but also outside in the street by the law of the state. Smoking is permitted only outside in the front verandah of the house and not in the rooms or the backyard or the balconies.

Therefore if you are into drugs or getting drunk kind of behaviour i.e. some party animal do not bother to contact me as I quickly refer matters like that to the police.
