We have a room available to rent in a secure building in Hillsdale which has a Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Tennis Court & communal BBQ area. The Unit Has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & 1 secure carpark. Both bedrooms have built in robes. My partner and I (both 28 years) share the main room with ensuite, which leaves one bedroom with your own bathroom to use.

At the base of the building is Southpoint Shopping Centre which has a Coles, Woolworths, Liquorland, Butcher, Bakery, fresh seafood, fresh fruit & veg market as well as a pharmacy, post office, newsagent and a handful of different take-aways. If this isn’t enough, the building is only 930 meters to Westfield Eastgardens which has over 280 shops.

The 400 Bus Service which departs from Westfield Eastgardens, will take you to the T3 domestic terminal in 23 minutes and to Bondi Junction in 35mins. The 391 Bus Service will take you to the city in 35 mins, Surry Hills in 26 mins and the bus stop is 20 metres from the building’s entrance. Very Convenient!
