I am looking for a female flatmate for a townhouse/flat in Kensington. The flat is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, cafes, the post office and bus stops to the University of NSW and the city.

The room is an unfurnished double room and you will have your own bathroom. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and also has access to a private courtyard.

I am an easy going professional in my early 20′s who is responsible and considerate. I am always up for a chat but also respect other’s privacy and space.

I am looking for a like-minded flatmate who is neat, tidy, reliable and doesn’t mind sharing a meal and drinks occasionally.

All cleaning and house hold duties would be shared evenly along with any associated costs. Utility bills would be split evenly.
