Double room (with own bathroom) is available in Maroubra Junction just next to the Pacific Square building for a single person.The fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. (on the photos you can`t see but the mattress is coming with a bed frame which is not used atm)The room is available from the 27th of March. The property also has an outdoor swimming pool shops coffees and supermarkets are just next door.The uni and beach are pretty close 5min by bus the city is around 30min away.The room is $310/w .(+2 weeks bond) Foxtel and Internet are included but we share the bills.
