Hi I have a room available to rent in my fully furnished (excluding spare room) unit on Maroubra road in Maroubra. The bulding is only a five minute walk from the shops in Maroubra Junction thirty seconds from public transport plenty of street parking and a twenty minute walk to Maroubra beach. Bathroom is separate from bedrooms and shower doubles as a bath. Bedroom has a desk and clothing rack in it but can be removed but no other bedroom furniture. Unit also has Wifi. I am a very charismatic and tidy 20 year old acting student looking for an easy going fun and clean flat mate.
