Hi I am a 30 year old sinlge girl who shares her home with my 2 cats Harry and Alan.I have a large room with built ins available ASAP.The apartment has city views as well as views of Bondi beach.It contains a small enclosed balcony as well as an internal laundary.I am an easy going jovial girl that likes a laugh and a beer to unwind from a hectic day the office!It is a 2 min walk to the bus stop with buses running regualry.It is a 15 min walk to the beach.The room also comes with an undercover car parking space in the block of flats as i do not have a car.The apartment is furnished but the room is empty.It also has an enclosed balcony with views of the beach and city. The room is open for viewing weekdays from 7pm and weekeneds.
