Paddington is very convenient. We are an easy walk to the city, Bondi Junction, Fox Studios, Centennial Park, Oxford Street, many shops and cafes and restaurants and pubs, 7 bus lines, etc. We are just a short bus ride to Sydney Uni, UNSW and UTS.

The room is bright, large, clean and fully furnished including a double bed, desk, huge built-in wardrobes, TV and DVD. The rent includes all bills plus UNLIMITED top speed WiFi and washing machine.

This is a spacious, safe and quiet private house and is NOT suitable for parties or noisy people. This is a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. The house is smoke-free and drug-free (inside and outside). We have a back yard, BBQ and balcony.

The rent for ONE person is $325 per week for a long stay. Advance rent and a bond is required.
