Central Perk Lodge is offering longer tenancies for private bedrooms and remodeling their business for local residents.

We have a variety of Furnished Bedrooms that offer a private shower & basin facilities BUT TOILETS are SHARED SPACES/COMMON and outside on each level.
The room is furnished and ready to occupy, some offering air cond and TV so get in quick to make your pick!

WiFI is available. All bills included in the weekly rent.
Coin Washing Machine & Dryer onsite
SHARED KITCHEN FACILITIES.
Rooms are private & secure with lock and key.

The location is GOLD, being directly opposite Kings Cross Station and right in the middle of the Shopping Strip.

We are looking at a minimum of 3 month leases.
2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks bond for approved applicants will be required.

This room price is for a SINGLES or COUPLES
There is a total of 18 Rooms in the Lodge. All rooms have a private shower. Some Rooms have private Toilets and others have access to Common Toilets on each level.
