Hi! I’m looking for ONE person to take over my room starting from 28 June 2013 for a minimum of 4 months.

The apartment is located on a leafy street, a few minutes walk from Kings Cross train station or 20 minutes by foot to the CBD. Coles is an easy 5 minute stroll. Needless to say, there are countless restaurants, bars and other shops and amenities within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one young gay male.

The apartment is furnished but you can take over my room either furnished or unfurnished. If you’d like the room furnished you, I can sell you the furniture in my room or you can pay an extra $50 a month.

No preference for gender so long as you are tidy and considerate.
