I’m looking for a great flatmate to share my beautiful home in Randwick, right near The Spot!

This is a great place, more like a small house than an apartment. There are two bedrooms, polished floorboards in the main living area, a good size kitchen and dining area, a large lounge room with a sunlight and there are a lot of plants throughout the home. There is also a shared courtyard outside, that gets a lot of sun.

The shared bathroom has a bath in it.

The bedroom for rent has been recently painted, and has a full bedroom suite including wardrobe. A computer desk could be added if required. The room is quiet and very nice, as shown in the photos included.

There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

I’m a business professional, I like to enjoy life as much as I can, and I’m often away. I love to share a good meal and a chat, and have people over but this is not a party house.

The rent includes High Speed Wireless Internet, and all electricity and water rates.

There are frequent buses into the city, less than a minute walk from the front door, and also nearby are great restaurants and the Ritz Cinema at ‘The Spot’. It’s close to UNSW, Royal Randwick Shopping centre, Prince of Wales Hospital (acros the road) and a taxi rank. It’s a very handy location!

All Bills are included in the rent.
