I have a very large room with its own sunroom available in a 2 bedroom Art Deco Unit on the edge of Randwick and Coogee. It is a large unit and is fully furnished.The unit has floorboards through out.The room is fully furnished however if you have your own furniture I can store some of mine in my garage.You will be sharing with one 25 year old easy going male. Quiet house as go out to party.Tha room is available for 3 months from March until June.
