Hi im Jake….I have a large room available as from the 4th of april…the room has a large sliding door closet from floor to ceiling it has carpet on the floor…the apartment is centraly located in Randwick seconds walk to transport for the city and surronding beaches…coogee beach is a 10min bus ride…it has a sun room with a sofa in it for those relaxing days..also has another balcony of the large lounge room…there is also a swimming pool! and a large lockup garage for either a car or storage…I am looking for a proffesional who is tidy and clean and doesnt mind having a decent conversation now and then…who is easy going and relaxed…I am a builder that works around the eastern suburbsam from New Zealand and have been living here 5yrs… do long hours and work the odd wknd…dont mind sharing the odd meal either….im easy going and very relaxed…own furniture is welcome aswell…could maybe furnish room
