Hi my name is Stephanie and I am a single 26yr old female professional/part time student. The unit complex has a share lift and swimming pool and is very close to all amenities including express bus stop in front of the unit complex to the city 10min walk to Randwick Junction which has a range of shops and many restaurants 15min walk to The Spot POW Hospital UNSW and Coogee beach. The unit is fully furnished with completely new modern furniture including a sofa bed in the lounge so you will just need to bring furniture for your room (has a large built in wardrobe) and youre home. A personal secure car space is also available.A little bit about myself.I am outgoing with a friendly personality respectful of privacy and honest and love going to concerts/gigs. I have a regular 9-5 job and class once a week. I like to use my weekends to relax shop eat and drink with friends when Im not studying.
