Centennial Park and a clubhouse is across the road that’s accessible for jogging, horse riding and golfing.

The apartment features carpet throughout, large lounge and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony which overlooks a wide expanse of greenery.

The bedroom is a large double bedroom with built in wadrobe. there is plenty of space for a double bed, desk, side table and bookshelf.It’s away from the living areas and close access to the bathroom, with carpets on the floors and it is quiet. It has a large window with a green leafy tree-filled outlook. The room shares a bathroom with one other person. (The furniture can be removed if you have your own bedroom furniture).

We are two professionals, Malaysian and Briish who are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, tidy and drama free.
We tend to share dinner if we are both at home in the evenings and most weekends are spent out and about.
