We have a huge double room with balcony available in our friendly house. The house is pretty big, big enough for your own space and to be social with a massive backyard. perfect for transport to the city and bondi.You will be living with 4 other people who all get along really well. So we can keep the balance right, we are looking for a guy. The room is full of natural light and harbour and backyard views. We split the bills between everyone as they come in. We are looking for a someone who is fun, down to earth, tidy, works full time pref mon-fri and likes to enjoy a few social beers/vino. Rent is paid monthly on the 10th each month.
