We Amanda 25 and Brian 30 currently have a room avaialble for rent in Rosebery.Its very handy for buses right by Botany Road and not far from Green Square train station. The room is $185 per week. It has a balcony and floor to ceiling mirrored built ins. We share the electricity and water and thats it!We enjoy have a cheeky bevvie and we sometimes cook. The place is pretty big with 2 lounge rooms huge laundry 2 bathrooms and an outside area. Call me as we need someone to move in immediately.Sorry no students.
